Day 2 looks at the key priorities that businesses need in place to keep them in front of their competition. We look at strategy; and being able to predict success using project tools, the importance of measures and measuring the right performance and also who and how we need to keep key stakeholders engaged and supporting our business.
Day 3 looks at how we ensure our people are engaged in the business. Here we look at a framework for people to have fierce conversations with themselves and those around them, how we can create top teams based on the team traits and big relationships that help the organisation.
