The challenge that many organisations and leaders have with handing over problem solving to their teams; is the perceived loss of control in doing so and also concerns with whether the right solution will be developed. Empowering and involving your teams;, will ultimately increase their confidence and will ensure that whatever solution they come up with; will be made to work.
